Lead the UK Sales team with responsibility for Business Development in London
Duties and responsibilities include
Co-ordinate sales identification and refinement activities, working not only with regional sales but also coordinating with other functional departments in the Company matrix organization.
Assists the sales team in identification of appropriate product offerings and scope for sales pursuits, in all market segments, and services (both Project and after Market).
Demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives for the business.
Integrate and develop processes that meet the business needs across the organization. Involvement in the long-term planning. This role contributes to the overall strategy and manages complex issues within functional areas of sales expertise.
Co-ordinate with the product leadership team to ensure that product requirements meet the needs of UK customers.
Drive aggressive growth targets in all market segments: targets will address volume, mix (penetration) and timing.
Meet or exceed operational requirements: analytical reporting, operating reviews, and cost.
Build customer relationships for the purpose of Business Development and Sales.
Develop customer strategies and Leadership in their execution.
Integrate information, resources, and activities within the UK.
Customer satisfaction evaluation, plans, and their follow through.
Demonstrate commercial and technical expertise in the specific market.
Regional and market segment input for vision planning and forecasting for the UK business.
To work with the Global Sales Leadership Team to drive Global achievement.
