Key Account Manager (Lighting Solutions) £45 -48k Basic Plus High OTE + Car choice / Allowance The Company: Our client has been one of the market leaders within the Lighting sector, and have continued to invest heavily within R&D, Due to forecasted growth and continued expansion they are currently searching for an experienced Lighting Key Account Manager to develop new business through the specification route throughout Southern UK. The role: • Developing sales of the full range of commercial and architectural lighting products via Architects; M&E Consultants; building contractors and local councils in Southern England; • Major focus on the development of new business relationships through the Southern region specification market; • Improving margin from organic and new account growth through a proactive sales/service relationship and a developed awareness of the customers needs; • Co-coordinating the development and delivery of exceptional levels of customer service and technical support. The person: • Proven and successful sales experience gained from within the lighting industry coupled with a solid commercial acumen and the proven ability to build key relationships. • Wealth of solution and consultative selling in the lighting specification market in Southern UK particularly among Architects; M&E Consultants and Local Councils. • Ability to operate at a strategic level with outstanding presentation, communication and negotiation skills. • Energetic, self-motivated with the will to succeed in delivering results in a dynamic environment.
