OEM European Sales Manager – LED Drivers £75-85k+ Neg basic Plus High OTE
Location: UK / Europe ( Hybrid working )
The Opportunity
The status quo in LED driver technology is officially over. Our Clients are an innovative tech pioneer launching a new generation of highly efficient, smart, digital LED drivers that solve long-standing industry bottlenecks in thermal management, form factor, and IoT integration.
As the European Sales Manager, you will not just manage a territory—you will spearhead a market revolution, displacing legacy components and positioning the company’s technology as the new architectural standard for major lighting OEMs and luminaire manufacturers.
What You Will Do
- Disrupt the Market: Own the entire European go-to-market strategy to displace traditional LED driver competitors.
- Secure High-Value Wins: Target, pitch, and close design-in wins with Tier-1 and Tier-2 lighting OEMs and architectural lighting brands.
- Build the Ecosystem: Establish strong relationships with regional distributors, specifiers, and lighting designers to pull demand through the channel.
- Drive Regional Growth: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial technical discovery to high-volume commercial production.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven Component Sales Track Record: Minimum 5+ years of experience selling LED drivers, power supplies, or semiconductor components to European OEMs.
- The "Disruptor" Mindset: A hunter who thrives on selling value, ROI, and technical differentiation rather than just competing on unit price.
- Technical Credibility: Ability to speak fluidly with hardware engineers, product managers, and C-level executives about power density, efficiency curves, and wireless protocols.
- Language Skills: Professional fluency in English is required; fluency in German, Italian, or French is highly advantageous.
