This is a key position in the executive team and carries full day to day technical responsibilities for the UK Subsidiary.
 

The Role:

• Develop new products that support the ongoing growth of the business ensuring the product approvals.
• Oversee all technical aspects / technical inquiries & of the company's manufacturing and QA processes.
• Review the existing product range and, through value-engineering, look for opportunities to reduce costs / improve efficiency.
• Foster a workplace culture among the technical team that inspires performance and is generally more outward looking.

The Candidate:

Electrical Engineering oriented graduate with minimum 3 years working within a technical environment as with a proven track record in the core elements required of this role.  
Electrical sector experience is a MUST - the assembly of wiring accessories is preferred as this would be a distinct advantage. Proven new product development project management skills would also be advantageous... 
First class communication skills are required as with the ability to manage operationally and strategically with a strong business orientation to ensure an enhanced level of on the job performance.
