Regional Sales Manager - South East ( Essex / Kent ) - £60k+ Neg Basic + High OTE + Car 

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share and revenue within their designated territory.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electro-mechanical systems, with a preference for someone with a demonstrable knowledge or qualification in lift technology and products.
( Closely associated sales experience will also be considered ).

Key Skills:

Technical Expertise: A deep understanding of electro-mechanical systems/lift installations is highly desired. This includes knowledge of product specifications, installation processes, and troubleshooting

Sales Acumen: Strong sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals. Understanding market trends and customer needs is essential

Communication Skills: The ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to customers with varying levels of technical knowledge. This includes both verbal and written communication
