UK & Europe Lighting Solutions Manager – (Retail Sector) £70-90k + Comm + Car

You will be responsible for building and developing relationships with Blue Chip End User accounts within the
designated Retail channel to maximise sales and profitability of Key International accounts.

MAIN TASKS

•    Take ownership of named Blue Chip key accounts and develop a long-term End-user strategy
•    Meet short term sales and revenue objectives with Key End-Users – UK & Europe
•    Maximise sales performance and profitability
•    Project identification, tracking and forecasting.
•    Cold calling
•    Complete and update CRM and use as a sales steering tool
•    Develop strong relationships with key retail customers
•    Product presentations
•    Present customer seminars at a local UK / European level

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

•    Experience of Interior & Exterior Lighting market or closely allied solutions business
•    The ability to demonstrate existing customer relationships
•    Excellent Communication skills and the ability to communicate technical issues clearly and concisely
•    Excellent Presentation Skills
•    Technical knowledge, luminaire applications and knowledge of lighting design guides
•    Team Player as the role will be working closely with UK and wider International members of the team
   

DESIRABLE SKILLS

•    Knowledge / used CRM
•    Experienced Salesperson in the Retail Lighting, Electrical Building Services industry
•    Project management and negotiation skills
•    Ability to undertake Lighting Design and use lighting design software such as DIALUX (where possible)
•    Must be a self-starter with a “team player” mindset!
•    A senior sales professional willing to travel and has a “can do” attitude
