They are seeking an exceptional Sales Director to take full P&L accountability, lead their sales infrastructure, and spearhead the expansion plans across the UK, and continental European markets.

The Role

• Strategic Leadership: Drive sales growth and profitability, exploiting both core markets and untapped international specification sectors.
• Team Empowerment: Lead, inspire, and scale a high-performing UK & European sales force.
• Channel Penetration: Build high-level relationships across key specification channels— M&E Consultants, Architects, and Lighting Designers.
• Board-Level Influence: Report directly to the Managing Director with full P&L responsibility and a steering voice in strategic European business planning.

• Industry Expert: A proven commercial leader with a strong sales/marketing background in the Lighting industry (or a closely associated sector).
• Growth Driver: A track record of unlocking international market potential, scaling sales activity, and navigating rapid cross-border business growth.
