Job Title FM Manager - Shopping Centres

Full Description My client is a leading Hard Services provider with an extensive port-folio of high profile Retail Shopping Centre accounts across several UK locations.

This role is designed to ensure the effective service delivery against SLA's as per the contracts and to ensure that the engineers are delivering to client expectations with additional duties to maximise the profitability of the accounts by offering additional works. You will be expected to organically grow an account by selling in additional services.

To be considered for this role you must have a strong Retail Shopping Centre delivery experience and ideally be degree educated, trained engineer with either a mechanical or electrical bias and be able to display considerable man management and financial acumen in an account management role. If you can point to a track record of managing Hard services across multiple contracts and a track record of increasing contract value by selling additional services then this might be the role for you.
