Full Description Working for this leading hard services FM provider you will form an intergral part of the senior management team.Reporting into the Divisional Director you will have full P&L responsibility of a £10-15 million t/o region.
Managing the day to day business activities which includes existing prestigious hard services contracts, you will be tasked to gain and obtain new business contracts of £200k + values where you will be required to grow your region further which is in turn supported by a 1st class delivery team behind you.You will need a strong commercial flair combined with strong financial awareness.
